During the 1970's & 1980’s, Kinley was in the business of designing, building, owning and operating fuel terminals that fed directly to various Department of Defense military bases.
By the early 1990’s Kinley had sold these terminals and began serving as a fueling contractor for the Department of Defense. Kinley currently is a long term provider of construction provider for the MATOC and IDIQ projects.
These projects include design/build and general construction of fueling terminals for various sectors of the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy and the U.S. National Guard / Department of Homeland Security.

Work consisted of removing and abandoning existing pipe to 17 storage tanks. New work included install of 8,000 lf of 16” and 7,200 lf of 4” above ground piping from two pump houses to existing storage tanks. Work also included underground install of 2,500 lf of 32” casing carrying 16” and 4” piping.
