During the 1970s and 1980s, Kinley was in the business of designing, building, owning, and operating fuel terminals that supplied various Department of Defense military bases. By the 1990s, Kinley began serving as a fueling contractor for the Department of Defense.
Kinley is currently a long-term construction provider for MATOC and IDIQ projects. These projects include design/build and general construction of fueling terminals for various sectors of the United States Air Force, Army, Navy, National Guard, and Department of Homeland Security. We also work with other federal, state, and local government entities, including Amtrak.
