Jet Fuel Hydrant System, Pump Pad and Tank Modifications: Over 60,000 LF of piping and 165 Hydrant Pits for Six Terminals

Install of over 60,000 LF (Linear Feet) of 16″, 12″ and 6″ hydrant fueling pipeline. Included install of 165 hydrant pits and three (3) concrete isolation valve pits at terminals A, B, C, D, E and Air Cargo. Projects included final tie-ins to existing fuel systems after testing and fuel flushing of over 10 million gallons of filtered fuel. In addition, Kinley built and commissioned a new pump pad, decommissioned and demolished the old pump pad and installed a new hydrant cart test stand and new tie-ins to all existing tank suction manifolds, including a new recirculation line.
