OUR PEOPLE FUEL OUR SUCCESS

ACTUAL FAMILY & JUST LIKE FAMILY

“Kinley builds the best, because
we’re built of the best.”

— Jimmy Kinley, CEO and Sixth Generation Kinley

A CULTURE OF CARING

We care about doing things right.
We care about quality.
We care about each other.
That’s why we care about who we hire.

FAMILY: MORE THAN A BUZZWORD

A lot of companies say they’re “family.”

Yes, several of us are actually family. However, “KIN” is part of our company name and Kinship is a key company value. We “Care for our people as if they’re family.”

So those who aren’t actual family, are just like family too.

And when your average employee tenure is over 15 years, well, that proves it.

Kinley’s growth continues to create career opportunities
